Emily is a yogi, musician, and explorer, diving deep into the alchemy of holistic health and wellbeing. As a teacher, she is passionate about creating a space for people to tap into the pure potential inside of themselves. Through a combination of gentle yoga poses, present moment awareness, and healing intentions, her classes and workshops offer a safe space for students to explore the power within, release limitations, reconnect with their own inner knowing, and reawaken to the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.

Offerings
Emily offers restorative classes, workshops, acoustic performances, and musical accompaniment for yoga and healing sessions. The curriculum can include any of the following:
Candlelight Restorative Yoga Classes and Workshops (60-90 min)
Emily leads students on a relaxing journey combining meditation, restorative yoga and sound healing. Students can expect a series of supported restorative poses held for 5-7 minutes designed to facilitate rest, relaxation, and deep healing. We'll wrap up the class with a guided meditation exploring themes such as self acceptance, empowerment, and creative visualization and seal the experience with a crystal bowl sound bath.
Guided Meditation / Creative Visualization Classes (30 or 60 min)
Emily offers guided meditation classes designed to help students achieve full-body relaxation, creating the optimum environment for self-healing, reducing stress and anxiety, boosting the immune system and improving overall mental and physical well-being. Each session ends with with a short crystal bowl sound healing session.
Chakra Tuning and Sound Healing Journey (60-90 min)
This guided meditation takes students on a journey through the chakras, bringing awareness to the properties of each chakra and the importance of aligning the system as a whole. Emily guides students through a meditation with the intention of clearing and tuning the chakras while providing acoustic balancing with chakra-tuned crystal bowls.
